Anemone coronaria 'Windflower' - These showy anemones come in iridescent colors of blues, magentas, whites, and pinks. 3 inch flowers bloom on 8 - 12 inch stems. Flowers from February until May depending on climate. Plant in full to part sun. Hardy in USDA zones 5 - 11. Plant in the fall. In cold climates plant in spring after last frost. Plant with toes or pointed side down. If not sure, plant sideways. Plant the bulbs 1 to 2 inches deep and 6 - 8 inches apart.
